President’s Message
As I reflect on 2025, I am most proud of how we delivered on our promise to our policyowners. That promise is always first and foremost in everything we do. We are here to support people during some of the most challenging times in their lives, and this year we did that with consistency, compassion and purpose.
At Illinois Mutual, we make a long-term commitment to our policyowners. Keeping that promise requires financial strength and stability so we can be there not just today, but decades into the future. To us, they are so much more than a policy. We value our policyowners, understand their needs and remain focused on serving them well.

2025 Highlights
A year defined by delivering on our promise to policyowners, investing in our people and strengthening agent relationships through thoughtful product innovation and technology enhancements.
Simplified Issue Disability Income (SIDI) Launch
We introduced SIDI, a product designed to make paycheck protection even more accessible and affordable. This new offering helps support policyowners when a disabling illness or injury prevents them from working, reinforcing our promise to be there when it matters most.
Strong Relationships & Portal Enhancements
Our team continued to emphasize collaboration with longstanding agents and distribution partners while building new relationships to expand our reach. We also made meaningful portal enhancements to better support agents and help strengthen the connections they build with their clients.
A Certified Great Place To Work®
Our focus on investing in our people through training, development and a culture of care resulted in Great Place To Work® certification in 2025*, with nine out of ten employees affirming Illinois Mutual as a great place to work for the fifth year in a row.
