President’s Message
As I reflect on 2024, I am proud of our achievements, which reflect our commitment to agents and policyowners, as well as our employees. In fact, we maintained our status as a Great Place to Work® for the fourth consecutive year, highlighting our core values of integrity, selflessness, and teamwork.
A key milestone this year was the development of Simplified Issue Disability Income Insurance (SIDI), designed to meet the needs of hardworking Americans with a streamlined application and fast underwriting. Our agents continued to drive success in life and worksite insurance, reinforcing the value of our products for their clients’ financial security. We also enhanced our digital tools, modernizing our My Policy and Agent Portals.
I deeply appreciate the loyalty and trust of our policyowners and agents. As we look forward, we remain focused on our core mission: to help people achieve and safeguard their financial security. I’m proud of all we achieved together, and I’m confident that the best is yet to come.
