Throughout the year, the company remained focused on supporting policyowners when they need it most, enhancing the experience for agents and continuing meaningful investments in employee development and culture.
The report features a message from President & Chairperson Katie M. Jenkins, along with perspectives from policyowners and agents that illustrate the power of personal connection in financial protection. It also includes company highlights from 2025 and a transparent look at Illinois Mutual's financial performance.
